About the role

Join us as a Purchasing EAM Analyst where you will step into a pivotal role bringing your expertise in purchasing systems driving real operational impact.

You will work closely with the Assets & Engineering team, placing purchase orders in collaboration with the team and aligning with suppliers to ensure stock availability and timely repairs or replacements. You will review purchasing processes, manage new parts and materials alongside the project team, and maintain master data to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods, consumables, and contractor services.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for EAM, M3, SAP, and Ariba systems in purchasing.
  • Ensure timely replenishment, accurate purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and effective supplier coordination.
  • Support master data changes and maintain system integrity.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Skills And Experience

You will communicate proactively with internal teams and suppliers and are always looking for ways to improve processes and system accuracy. Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working across teams while also being able to work independently. You are adaptable and committed to maintaining compliance and high operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a purchasing role.
  • 2–3 years in Engineering, IT, or Procurement preferred with knowledge of engineering parts and materials.
  • Experience with Hexagon EAM & M3 is desirable.
  • Strong attention to details, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
