Senior Associate - DR & Litigation (Class actions)

Overview

We’re partnering with a top-tier commercial law firm on a confidential opportunity within their Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Sydney. This team is highly regarded in the Australian market for their high-performance culture, strong litigation funding relationships, and standout work in class actions and complex commercial disputes.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Lawyer with 4+ years PQE, strong commercial litigation experience, and a keen interest in funded litigation and class actions. You’ll work closely with a partner recognised in Legal 500 as a standout in the class actions space – a calm, strategic thinker with international experience and leadership capability. The broader team is engaged, efficient, and known for delivering excellent work across complex matters.
