Position : Caregivers

We are currently seeking Caregivers to join our team in Christchurch.

Key Responsibilities : - Assist residents with personal care (showering, dressing, eating, etc.)- Support mobility and communication needs- Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care plans- Implement therapy interventions for dementia and behavioural support- Monitor and report changes in condition or care concerns- Assist with rehabilitation, basic treatments, and medication delivery- Provide hands-on support to therapists

Requirements : - Minimum 2 years' experience or NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing Level 4 (or equivalent)- Able to work 30–40 hours per week on a rotating 24 / 7 roster (including weekends)- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity- Able to follow direction and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse- Attention to documentation and detail- Committed to residents' privacy, safety, and dignity- Medication competency is an advantage- Experience in dementia care is highly desirable
