Responsibilities

• Lead the development, growth, and effective management of Yili Oceania Business Division's formulated nutritional powders and bioactive ingredients portfolio.
• Set product strategies that underpin overall direction and ensure revenue and profitability targets are met across all channels and customers.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive strategic growth in international markets.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager Sales and Marketing, Executive Leadership Team, Sales Heads of Department, Marketing, S&OP, Innovation, and other functions to deliver on sales goals and build relationships with customers and distributors locally and internationally.
