Administrative Services Coordinator

Location : Auckland CBD

Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid

About the role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the office

Qualifications

About you :

To be successful in this role you will need the following :

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative and accommodationcoordinatorrole
  • Experience in education sector advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
