Job descriptionDegree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferred in transport and infrastructure projects Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Conversant with local codes & regulations Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures Ability to lead a team Good leadership and communication skill
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
- Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
- Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
- Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
