Job description

We are a family‑owned civil contractor specializing in Civil, Commercial, Residential, Roading, and Land Development projects. Our client, well established in the industry, has a large forward workload and is looking to grow their Earthworks team by hiring an experienced Earthworks Foreman.

Up to $42 per hour + work vehicle + phone + overtime (time & half) for weekend work

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Class 2 licence with WTR

Strong experience in commercial earthworks and site works

Experience working on residential house pads, subdivisions and large commercial site works

Proven track record of leading an Earthworks crew

Ability to meet deadlines, provide training and a strong focus on health and safety

Reading plans, liaising with engineers, project managers and surveyors on site

Confident in operating various civil machines (excavators, skid steer, loader, roller)
