ResponsibilitiesOperate a sidelifter truck to collect kerbside refuse and recyclablesSafely load and unload materials at various locationsComplete daily prestart checks and maintain accurate logbooks and paperworkSupport operations at various council transfer stationsLiaise with customers and uphold excellent customer service standardsSupport a safety-first culture by following all safety procedures and reporting incidents promptlyWhat we're looking forClass 4 licence (WTR endorsement preferred)A positive, friendly attitude and strong communication skillsGood time management and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to safety, customer service, and team culturePrevious experience in a similar role (1+ year preferred but not essential)Why Join WasteCo?
