Join our team at Perth Rental Branch, where we are committed to delivering reliable and efficient transport solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Transport Services Manager to oversee the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods and passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement, maintenance, and fueling of transport vehicles and equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to understand transport needs, provide expert advice on vehicle selection, and contractual obligations, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Plan and implement transportation schedules to ensure timely and reliable service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
  • Conducting regular motorhome fleet inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Maintain accurate business records and prepare operational reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across all transport activities.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive or rental industry.
  • Proven experience in supervising a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience in transport services management or fleet operations.
  • Effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance standards relevant to motorhome operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers..
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing requirements (registration or licensing may be required).
