Our expanding portfolio includes industrial units, retail shops, and development projects, including a major subdivision and retirement village. We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of our industrial and retail portfolio, managing more than 50 active leases and supporting ongoing development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of industrial and retail property operations
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations
• Support property valuations, market assessments, and financial reporting
• Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and capital improvements
• Contribute to strategic asset planning and future developments
