Retail Assistant - Papamoa

Here’s what you’ll do in this job :

• Present, promote and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers
• Provide quality service to customers and ensure that they have the best possible experience.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon personal and retail targets & KPI’s within schedule
• Manage customer complaints and elevate to management if required
• Perform tasks as per Company guidelines.
• Upsell & cross‑sell products and services where possible.
