Lead complex digital accounts for enterprise clients. Are you an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director who can navigate complex technical solutions and manage senior stakeholders with confidence? Do you have experience working across enterprise-level CMS and DXP programs like Sitecore, Adobe or large-scale platform rebuilds? If you are a relationship‑led operator who thrives in a well‑established digital agency environment, this role is for you.

About the role

You will lead a portfolio of major enterprise clients and become their trusted strategic partner. This includes managing CMS, DXP and digital transformation programs, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring delivery excellence. You will work closely with a mature delivery team across PMs, developers and strategists, with the support and structure of a well‑established Perth agency.

Strategic Leadership

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and understand their organisational and marketing goals
• Translate technical concepts into clear and simple language
• Lead annual and quarterly planning sessions and build strategic roadmaps
• Maintain alignment between client KPIs and the work delivered
