About the role :

We are seeking a casual Retail Front of House role. In this role, you'll provide outstanding manaakitanga (hospitality) to our manuhiri (visitors) at our souvenir and gift shop located in the Waitomo Glowworm Cave Centre. Your passion for delivering top-notch customer service, along with your knowledge of our products and the local area, will ensure a premium shopping experience for our guests.
