Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of LC, LC / MS, GC, GC / MS, and Atomic Spectroscopy instruments and software solutions
- Working as part of a qualified engineering team to maintain Agilent’s leadership in test & measurement equipment
- Providing proactive advice on preventive maintenance and product configurations to improve customer satisfaction
- Responding quickly to customer issues to uphold high customer satisfaction rates
- Traveling domestically and internationally to visit customers
About You
The company is looking for :
A recent graduate with a Master or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or BiologyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsClear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communicationWillingness and ability to travel locally and interstate, up to 50% of the timeEnjoyment of customer-facing roles and technical supportProactive approach, team spirit, and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationshipsCompensation & Benefits
