Since opening in 2022, we’ve delivered more than 500,000 Ninja Experiences across our Hamilton and Christchurch arenas, blending fitness, fun, and family energy into one giant adventure playground. Now, as we expand nationally and launch new outdoor event experiences under The NinjaVerse — from inflatable fun runs and water festivals to corporate challenges and digital fitness adventures — we’re searching for an Events Manager (aka Chief Event Ninja) to bring these experiences to life.

Your mission

To create unforgettable events that capture the energy, spirit, and purpose of Ninja Valley — connecting people of all ages through movement, fun, and shared challenge.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and execution of national NinjaVerse events (Ninja Runs, water festivals, and large-scale activations).
• Managing venue operations, logistics, health & safety, and on-site experience.
• Coordinating staffing and crew teams, including training and event-day leadership.
• Overseeing supplier relationships — staging, equipment, catering, and entertainment.
• Partnering with the marketing and partnerships teams to bring event concepts to life.
• Developing systems and processes to ensure every event runs smoothly, safely, and memorably.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
