About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedRegistered Nurse to join our committed team in a fast paced busy surgical ward(ward 7). You will have the opportunity to care forpost-operative patients aged 16 years and over covering many surgicalspecialities including Orthopaedics,Gynaecology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Urology, as well as vascular andRehabilitation.The successful applicant will havesound clinical nursing skills, a strong patient focus, and enthusiasm forworking in a supportive team environment. You will be passionate about nursingclinical excellence, innovation and ongoing professional development. Experience in criteria-led discharge and supporting efficient patient flow willbe an advantage. The role has rostered and rotating shifts.

Ward 7 is a friendly, fast-paced surgicalward where teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of what we do. We takepride in providing excellent post-operative care and supporting each other toachieve the best outcomes for our patients.
About you
The ideal candidate will already have :
Registration with NZ Nursing Council.
Current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Current NZ Work visa.
Surgical nursing experience minimum 2 years.
Committed to on-going learning.
