Tuesday 8 : 45am - 5 : 00pm, Wednesday 8 : 45am - 5 : 30pm, Thursday 8 : 45am - 5 : 00pm, Friday 8 : 45am - 5 : 00pm and Saturday 8 : 45am - 5 : 45pm

To continue setting the standard, we are seeking an exceptionally experienced Retail Assistant to join the team at our Palmerston North Home store.

We're looking for someone who brings at least 4-5 years of proven retail experience in high-touch, customer focused environments, ideally within fashion, homeware or department store settings. This is not an entry level role - we're seeking a confident retail professional with demonstrated expertise in delivering one-on-one service and leading by example on the shop floor.

What You Will Bring :

• 4-5 years' experience in a personalised retail selling role, ideally in a premium or department store setting
• A strong background in in-store styling or personal shopping, with the ability to tailor product solutions to individual customer needs
• A solid understanding of how to guide customers through outfit coordination, home styling and product pairing across departments
• A proven ability to support, coach and mentor newer team members
