Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and implementation of Health & Safety systems, policies, and procedures across all operational sites.
• Partner with key stakeholders to build capability and ownership of safety outcomes.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities, analysing data to guide strategic safety decisions.
• Coach and support operational leaders in training, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports for senior management and the Board Health & Safety Committee, including strategy execution and performance updates.
• Represent the organisation with regional and industry stakeholders to share learnings and lift standards sector-wide.
