Overview

We're seeking a Financial Adviser to join our team and support new clients with investment advice across our product range.

Job Purpose

As an Investment Adviser, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, representing Fisher Funds to both existing and prospective clients. This role involves nurturing strong, lasting relationships, delivering superior service, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll be responsible for managing a group of assigned clients, proactively addressing their investment needs, and identifying growth opportunities.

A significant part of the role includes prospecting for new clients, managing leads, and promoting Fisher Funds products and services. Success in this role will require you to bring a deep knowledge of investment markets, stay current on our offerings, and provide compliant, results-driven advice that meets clients\' needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Retention : Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients, delivering tailored investment advice and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Advice Provision : As a Registered Financial Adviser, offer compliant, high-quality investment guidance, backed by comprehensive product and market knowledge.
• Sales & Pipeline Management : Actively prospect for new clients, generate referrals, and manage your sales pipeline for optimal outcomes.
• Compliance & Professional Development : Stay up to date on relevant regulations, ensuring that all advice meets legislative standards, while continuously developing your own expertise.
• Continuous Improvement : Engage in projects that enhance client service delivery and support team performance.
