About the Role :
As a Senior Housing Support Manager, you will have a more in-depth and holistic understanding of our tāngata and whānau housing and wellbeing needs as well as a strong knowledge of support services available to ensure that our tāngata and whānau live with the greatest degree of independence possible.
You will be involved in building and maintaining positive and healthy relationships with tāngata and whānau, managing tenancies, conducting property inspections, organising maintenance needs, and solving problems quickly as they arise.
You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritise and plan to meet required expectations with a degree of flexibility and initiative to achieve a positive outcome.
Senior Housing Support Managers will visit tāngata and whānau at their SASH home and from time to time will attend meetings with key stakeholders to ensure that the tailored support and services stay in place for our tāngata and whānau.
You will also share knowledge and experience with others to develop team capability, and mentor team members. This role provides a real opportunity to make a real difference in our tāngata and whānau lives, as you will build strong and lasting relationships and be able to ensure that their housing and wellbeing needs are being met.

This role is permanent full-time and hours worked will be 37.5 per week.
The starting salary for this role will fall between $85k to $90k
