Te Turanga | The role
As an Early Childhood Kaiako, you will play a key role in delivering a high quality, responsive curriculum that reflects the principles of Te Whariki.
You'll work collaboratively with our passionate team to create a rich learning environment that supports children's wellbeing, curiosity, and growth.
Plan and implement a play based, inquiry-led curriculum aligned with Te Whariki.
Foster strong relationships with children, whanau, and colleagues.
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
Support transitions to school and promote lifelong learning foundations.
He korero mou | About you
A recognised ECE teaching qualification and current NZ teacher registration.
Proven experience in delivering high quality early childhood education.
Deep understanding of Te Whariki and its application in practice.
A warm, professional, and collaborative approach.
Commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.
