Drive the successful deployment, optimization, and maintenance of our HR systems to support our HR operations.
Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining workflows, and improving data accuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors.
Track and report on the adoption rate of SuccessFactors modules within the South Asia region, including user engagement, completion of HR processes, and utilization of self‑service features.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of issue resolution for system‑related incidents or inquiries raised by end‑users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the effectiveness of user training programs and materials to ensure successful user onboarding and competency development.
