Description

As a Casual Sales Assistant, start from October 27 and conclude on January 31. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Team collaboration : Work harmoniously with colleagues, foster an inclusive and supportive team environment, contribute innovative ideas, share knowledge, support new and existing members.
• Operational excellence : Assist in day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, process transactions efficiently, keep sales floor clean, organised, visually appealing, stay informed about product features, promotions, pricing, help set up and execute in‑store promotions and displays.
• Customer engagement : Build strong connections with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, address inquiries promptly, represent brand with enthusiasm.
• Sales & performance : Meet and exceed sales targets, support management in identifying growth opportunities.
