• Build a scalable finance function and drive commercial insights.ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function across NZ, AU, and US, aligning strategy with aggressive growth plans.Be a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing commercial insights to guide decision-making.Ensure governance and compliance are rock solid across multiple jurisdictions.Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to support expansion.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.QualificationsCA / CPA qualified with strong technical foundations is essential.You've successfully led finance across multi-entity international businesses (NZ / AU / US experience essential).
