  • Senior SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) Lead – Global Impact | Digital
  • We're looking for a senior search leader to shape the future of our brand visibility — across traditional search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for AI-driven discovery.

    • As we embrace AI and all that it offers within our business, this role will evolve also.

    You'll need to be agile, resilient and able to collaborate with key stakeholders across a number of priorities as much as being able to bring your technical expertise.

  • Lead global & local strategies optimised for Google SGE, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, and more.
  • Build entity-rich, AI-ready content that ranks in generative answers.
  • Influence product, UX, and content strategies at a senior level.
  • What you'll do
  • Drive integrated SEO & GEO strategies across all markets.
  • Ensure multi-modal readiness : text, voice, image, and video.
  • Lead AI search performance optimisation and reporting.
  • What you'll bring
  • 5+ years' experience in SEO and 3+ years at a senior level, with recent exposure to GEO.
  • Track record of success in AI search visibility.
