We currently have an awesome opportunity available for a Sales Support Representative, working at our primary site in Mount Roskill.Role Overview : The ideal candidate will have a background within the building industry and a passion for all things building supplies.

You will work with the team to drive sales success by customer satisfaction and exceptional service at all times.This is a 'hands on' role and a typical day will involve servicing customers and supporting the sales team.

This includes telesales, serving existing and new customers in-store and processing quotes and orders.Key Responsibilities : Greet customers with a smile, discuss their requirements and ensure they are looked after.Key in quotes and sales orders, and ensure follow-ups via telesales and email.Lead generation : building rapport with existing and new customers.Manage the sales process from start to finish – quote to delivery.Maintain existing client relationships by providing support, product info, availability, pricing, lead times and guidance.About You : A genuine passion for quality service and peopleBuilding products knowledge; advantageous but not essentialDown to earth solutions-based approach and experience in problem-solvingStrong professional communication skillsBe able to work independently, and as part of a team and cope well with pressureQuick learning ability and a can-do attitudeCompetitive remunerationGreat team environment and job stabilityOngoing training and developmentBarista-style coffee machine, with fresh beans delivered every Tuesday!
