We're well positioned and committed to paving the way to a zero-emission marine industry, providing greater efficiency and reliability to shipowners and helping vessels meet the demands of today and tomorrow.ResponsibilitiesAct as a technical lead and approve design deliverables across multiple projects.Review project documentation to ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.Engineering of marine power systems based on MV / LV Power system, including the application of protection, control and monitor scheme, Variable Frequency Drive system, Automation and control system.Interfacing with customers during design, engineering and approval stages and commissioning stages; carrying out project documentation, submission, customer discussions and approvals.Execute site work including installation support / management and commissioning.QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.Proficiency in engineering tools and software relevant to power system design.In-depth knowledge of engineering and commissioning of integrated solutions with electrical, drives & digital solution systems is desirable.Understanding of safety and cybersecurity standards in engineering projects.Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.MIndset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
