Administrator – Talent Pool

About the Role

As an Administrator, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and wider team. Responsibilities may include :

• Providing high-quality administrative support to the team
• Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination
• Managing appointments and travel arrangements
• Overseeing daily office administration duties
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone
• Handling incoming calls professionally, accurately, and with a warm approach—taking messages and directing calls appropriately
