We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to take charge of our Afternoon Shift Distribution team at our busy Distribution Centre. What You'll Do

As a key member of the Distribution leadership team, you'll report to the Warehouse Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient flow of products across our network. You'll :

• Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver top results every shift.
• Champion Health & Safety best practices — keeping your team and workplace safe.
• Drive order-picking efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure inventory management and stock rotation are on point.
• Maintain high standards of customer service — both internal and external.
• Meet delivery schedules with precision and professionalism.
