Overview

Senior Integration Support Engineer - Integration Managed Services at Fusion5. Build, configure, support and maintain a wide range of integration technologies while delivering operational excellence for our customers.

Fusion5 delivers connected solutions in business applications, AI, cloud, security, managed services, enterprise service management, and integration across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for a Senior Integration Support Engineer to operate and maintain integrations that customers depend on around the clock.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain integrations across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments—primarily on MuleSoft and Azure.
  • Support, troubleshoot and debug integration problems.
  • Contribute and bring fresh ideas to the integration managed services team.
  • Connect and configure integration components and external systems.
  • Contribute to monitoring / alerting, runbooks, and proactive remediation.
  • Implement CI / CD and contribute to our DevOps practice.
  • Help evolve reusable patterns, templates, governance, and developer guides; advocate best practices in secure, resilient integration design, build and operation.
  • Work with internal / external stakeholders—architects, BAs, QA, and project managers.
  • Participate in a 24 / 7 on‑call roster aligned to ITIL processes, providing clear updates and post‑incident learnings.
  • Contribute to presales.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of integration patterns.
  • Experience in supporting critical production operations, including participation in on‑call and 24 / 7 support environments.
  • Practical expertise in Observability (monitoring and alerting).
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, and other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or Bicep.
  • Experience with cloud networks and concepts.
