About the Role
As a Senior Advisor , you will provide support, maintain and improve the delivery of a high‑quality work programme within the National Cervical Screening programme. This role sits within our Prevention directorate of NPHS and is a permanent, full‑time opportunity.
Senior Advisors are mid‑level advisors with strong subject‑matter expertise, writing and relationship skills capable of leading a project of work. In this role you will support the delivery of complex pieces of work, and support the professional development of team members. You will also drive continuous improvement in processes and practices within the team.

About you
As a Senior Advisor you are confident working in a fast‑paced environment and getting ‘stuck in’ with a range of work. You have the ability to draw on relevant longer‑term experience specific to the job and work demands. You have proven experience in an advisory role, applying critical thinking and using sound judgement to develop options and provide advice.
