We are looking for a passionate professional to join us in our Britomart Clubas a Reception Manager.

Reporting to the Club Manager, you’ll be part of a tightly-knit management team and responsible for the welcome, check in, enquiries, and ‘see you tomorrows’ of all our members.
Your prime responsibility is to be in charge of growing and developing a team of expert receptionists who deliver fabulous service and all the lols to our members. You’ll be recruiting, training, coaching, rostering, and leading your teams to smash their targets for member satisfaction and service.

This role is fixed-term for 7 months, covering a period of Parental Leave. It's part time of 24hours per week, that may include shifts across the week, including weekends.
