Your day-to-day will include

Assisting workshop staff and customers with parts identification and supply

Managing parts orders, inventory, and stock control

Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail clients

Working closely with the service team to keep the workflow smooth

We're looking for

Experience as a Parts Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

DMS experience with a franchise sector

Computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Someone that can work under pressure without getting flustered

A customer-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy team
