Are you passionate about precision and quality in aviation? Join our Christchurch Supply Chain Operations team as a Materials Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector and play a vital role in keeping our fleet — and our customers’ aircraft — flying safely and efficiently.

How you’ll make an impact

As a QA Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all incoming aircraft parts, materials and components — including those externally repaired — meet strict compliance standards before being released for use. You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, balancing meticulous inspection with the urgency of operational timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and certifying aircraft parts and components to ensure full compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Reviewing documentation such as Service Bulletins and approved data to validate product integrity
• Managing tight processing deadlines to support timely aircraft availability
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve quality issues and maintain operational flow
• Upholding safety, performance and customer service standards in every task
• Managing quarantined articles to resolution
