About The Role
This Clinical Nurse Specialist works within a team driving infection prevention and control strategies, managing complex outbreak responses, and providing expert advisory support across the hospital.
Working closely with clinical leaders, service managers, and multidisciplinary teams, the role leads processes and standards to achieve compliance with infection control standards, oversights surveillance programmes, provides expert advice, and contributes to wider patient safety initiatives.

About You
A confident nursing professional with a strong background in infection prevention and control, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, evidence‑based practice, and a proven ability to embed quality and safety frameworks. Holds or is committed to pursuing a postgraduate qualification in IPC.
