• Confident in Microsoft Office Suite & tech savvy
• Ability to operate independently while supporting the wider team
• Proven organisational skills and time management ability with accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and engaging phone manner with professionalism
• Discreet and trustworthy in handling client confidential information
• Digital Marketing, social media and any company promotion tools would be an advantage
