About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders at MBIE — our Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Corporate Shared Services. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of MBIE’s corporate functions, providing high-level support in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Whether you’re an experienced PA / EA or an up-and-coming professional ready to take the next step, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, thinks ahead, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.
