• Oversee daily talent management operations, including talent selection, outreach, contracting, content briefing, sign‑off, and posting management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and agencies as needed
• Ensure timely and high‑quality content delivery from all talents
• Provide ongoing project progress and delivery reports to the client
• Develop and optimize deliverables, identifying creative ways to enhance content and campaign performance
• Manage project workflows and establish best practices for day‑to‑day operations
