OneSchool Global NZ is looking for a committed Student Support Assistant (Teacher Aide) to join our team at the Auckland Campus based in Mangere Bridge.

This role focuses on supporting students, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with students requiring high needs learning or behavioural support.About the Role : Work with a small group of students and on an individual basis throughout the day.Support students with their independent learning across a range of subjects.Assist in keeping students engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning goals.Collaborate with teachers to ensure the best support strategies are in place.What We're Looking For : A caring and patient approach with a passion for helping students succeed.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic and patient approach.Ability to work independently while following structured learning plans.Previous experience working with students with ADHD and students who have behaviour and learning challenges.Hours : 20 hours per week, starting at 8 : 30 am (hours / days can be flexible for the right candidate)Start Date : 27th January
