Cafe Assistant / Front Of House Wait Staff

Overview

Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House Hospitality experience to join our team.

As a member of our FOH wait staff team, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional Front of House service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Support day-to-day FOH operations to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

Extensive experience working Front of House in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

High Standard of Customer Service Skills

Strong Communication Skills

Duty Manager License / LCQ Qualification Preferred

Additional Information

This is a permanent role with a minimum of 20 hours flexible across the week, including weekend day(s).

Extra hours are available to cover leave and peak trading periods.
