About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga

We’re looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to lead the strategic detection, investigation and prevention of insurance fraud while ensuring quality assurance activities are delivered on time, every time.

What you’ll do

  • Own fraud strategy – Lead fraud investigations, set prevention frameworks and act as the escalation point for high-risk cases.
  • Deliver with precision – Oversee QA schedules and fraud pipelines to guarantee timely completion of all reviews and investigations.
  • Drive impact – Use outputs from advanced analytics and insights to identifed fraud, strengthen fraud controls and influence business decisions.
  • Mentor and lead – Coach junior analysts and build fraud awareness across frontline teams.
  • Collaborate for results – Work cross-functionally to enhance service quality and ensure compliance.
  • About you | Ko Wai Koe

    You are a strategic and experienced Senior Quality Analyst with a strong background in fraud investigation and a passion for storytelling through data.

  • Proven fraud expertise – Minimum 5+ years in fraud investigation and / or quality assurance within insurance or financial services.
  • Strategic and hands-on – Ability to lead complex fraud investigations while actively managing QA reviews.
  • Deadline-driven mindset – Strong capability to manage competing priorities and deliver fraud and QA activities on time.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented – Advanced knowledge of fraud detection methodologies, claims leakage prevention and compliance frameworks.
  • Leadership and mentoring – Experience coaching junior analysts and building fraud awareness across teams.
  • Influencing skills – Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Technical proficiency – Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for fraud and QA insights.
  • Industry knowledge – Solid understanding of insurance processes, risk management and regulatory obligations.
