About the role
Based in Timaru and reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for providing outstanding support to both customers and our staff.
The role is for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone with a strong administrative background, and who is happy to pitch in with any area of our business when required.

About you
We are looking for a reliable and flexible person who has a positive and ‘can do’ attitude that is happy to work both independently and as part of our team.
You will have at least 4-5 years administration experience, excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload. We enjoy proactive and positive attitudes in our workplace with a friendly communication style. In addition, strong computer literacy skills will see you navigate our systems. Previous experience with Ostendo would be advantageous, but training will be provided. A full drivers licence is required.
