What will I be doing?
- Develop and deliver menus that ensure guest satisfaction.
- Produce consistent, high‑quality meals.
- Keep up to date with culinary trends.
- Supervise and develop your section team.
- Assist in maximizing F&B revenue through effective food cost control.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or willingness to advance in a fine dining environment.Experience in a high‑volume, fine dining restaurant.Creativity and the ability to demonstrate culinary innovation.Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.Capability to supervise, train, motivate and develop a team.Benefits – Thrive at Hilton
