What You Will Be Doing

Define and implement best-in-class SaaS Ops strategies based on deep expertise and strong points-of-view on operational excellence
Make important decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to ensure reliability, security, and cost optimization across the portfolio
Build and iterate a framework for onboarding newly acquired SaaS products into a centralized SaaS Ops function without operational friction
Maximize the use of AI-powered tools for automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency

What You Won’t Be Doing

Overseeing the manual toil and tedium of traditional SaaS Ops; your focus will be on automation and AI-driven innovation

Managing operations for a single product; you\'ll be mastering complexity across hundreds of products in our SaaS portfolio

Settling for the status quo; you\'ll be expected to disrupt and redefine operations leveraging AI technologies

Senior DevOps Architect Key Responsibilities

Own a highly efficient, AI-powered SaaS Ops function that ensures exceptional reliability, cost optimization, and seamless operations for a growing portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses

Basic Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing and owning SaaS Ops supporting enterprise customers

Experience owning SaaS Ops and leading major cloud migrations at an SME with enterprise customers

Experience applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations

Advanced AWS and DevOps skills (including Docker and Kubernetes)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, visit
