Overview

Noel Leeming is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas team for a fixed-term period during the holiday season (September–November until mid-January). We aim to deliver exceptional in-store service with personalised advice, live demonstrations, and end-to-end service to help customers find the perfect product.

Job Description

As a Christmas Team Member, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience, assisting customers with purchases and queries. Two role types are available :

Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
Sales Consultant – On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

Qualifications

Customer Service Rep responsibilities include :

Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases

Processing refunds and managing any queries

Running exciting promotions to engage customers

Assisting your fellow team members where needed

Sales Consultant responsibilities include :

Selling our wide range of tech products

Building relationships with our customers

Keeping the store presentable

You will be someone who brings :

A friendly, approachable nature

Display a positive, can-do attitude

Have the flexibility to work from September–November until mid-January, including weekends

Be reliable and able to work unsupervised

Have excellent communication skills

Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
