MANAGER (ENGINEERING COMPONENTS & SERVICES PROCUREMENT)

As part of the PSA Singapore Procurement team, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of engineering related components and services .

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user departments to define tender strategies that meet PSA’s requirements for cost effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare robust tender documents with clear and detailed specifications.
• Draft and finalize contracts that clearly articulate deliverables, contractors' responsibilities and liabilities and safeguard PSA’s interests.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluation of proposals and lead negotiations to secure commercially and contractually sound agreements.
• Complete tenders on time and perform post-contract management with internal stakeholders, ensuring suppliers meet their contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage risks that may arise during the contract tenure.
• Cultivate effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive procurement excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to the enhancement of procurement processes to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
