We have a great opportunity that has arisen for a Contract Manager to join our dedicated Direct Repairs team. Reporting to the Head of Direct Services, you’ll be an essential member of the team providing a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property service function to all teams. The primary focus is on delivery of repairs and maintenance on day-to-day, projects service provided across this team.
You’ll lead on delivering an efficient, responsive and quality service to ensure all repairs are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. You’ll provide clear structure and support to Contractors in managing repairs effectively from issue to completion and final quality assurance. You will also be responsible for the direct delivery of work including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, HHSRS, complaints and any tasks that would enhance the service to our residents.
Your main base will be The Tramsheds, Croydon, with travel required across London. You’ll have the option to work in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. Please note, this role is being offered on a 6-Month FTC / Secondment, working 35 hours a week.
