Responsibilities

Goode Brothers New Lynnis looking for our next superstar in the shape of a Restaurant Manager; a natural born leader who has a knack for mentorship and driving the people around you. You can look after a range of key business functions such as customer relationship management, booking system management, training of other team members and the knowledge of key customer experience (among other tasks). You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.

• Lead and mentor the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage customer relationship management and the booking system.
• Train and develop other team members and share knowledge of key customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and go above and beyond for customers and staff.
