Eligibility Criteria :
- Diploma or higher Qualification in Business Management or Hospitality
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Restaurant or Retail Manager
- Must have strong experience working in a restaurant / café or retail food outlet
- Must be ready to work in a 7 day roster
- Must be ready to work in early start or late finish rostered shifts

Organize and control day-to-day operations of the fast-food outlet as a profit centreOrganize the operation and administration of staff in the fast-food outletAssigning work to and monitoring work performance of all staffManage and motivate a team to increase sales and ensure efficiencyMake a consistent effort to promote and advertise the fast-food businessOrganizing promotions, displays, and specials at different times of the yearPlanning an evolving menu depending on the customer enquiries and feedbackMonitor the preparation of fresh and high-quality food items, including pies, burgers, sandwiches, rolls, chicken and chips, bakery products, and all hot and cold beveragesResponsible for purchasing food supplies for the kitchen as per the planned budgetNegotiate and place orders for food supplies from suppliers and vendorsMaintain proper stock levels of food supplies and raw ingredients via stock auditingEnsure proper record keeping of inwards food supplies, ingredients, supplies and stockResponsible for managing the menu prices based on the purchase price and profitsManaging the POS Machine, Cash drawer and customer payments on a daily basisResponsible for maintaining daily and weekly sales and transaction reportsControl food wastage by proper monitoring of daily and hourly sales of menu itemsEnsuring high standard of quality control, freshness, hygiene, handling and food safetyEnsure kitchen compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and NZFSA LegislationAdherence to all food safety regulations and company policies, including temperature checks, storage requirements, and hygiene and food-handling practicesConduct housekeeping on a daily basis and ensure all staff adhere to those standards, including regular cleaning of food preparation areas, equipment, and customer spacesInteract with customers to ensure that they have utmost satisfaction with the quality of the food and beverage, experience and the service they receivedAddress and resolve all customer complaints about food or service in a timely mannerEnsure that all other staff are upholding high customer service standardsResponsible for selection, training, and performance management of staffManage any conflicts between the staff to ensure outlet performancePrepare and maintain staff time rosters, based on business needsPreparing daily time sheet and wage records of all employeesProvide feedback to management on matters of concern about staff or fast-food outletPlease apply with a detailed CV and your NZ Visa status within 15 days.
