Administrator and Office Support Temporary Opportunities

Fred Recruitment Pte Ltd – Auckland, North Island

We are looking for experienced Administrators and Coordinators for a variety of temporary positions that provide a great opportunity to build and develop experience in a busy office environment. A number of exciting and growing companies are needing strong administrators to jump onboard and be able to make a difference for busy teams over the summer period.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Assisting with data entry, document processing, and filing
  • Supporting various departments with workloads
  • Ensuring smooth office operation

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • You’ll be a quick learner, able to adapt to new environments and systems quickly
  • Confidence using basic computer systems (email, MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Previous experience in administration, coordinator and office support positions
